I painted this Sunset Lighthouse Panorama inspired by the drama of a golden-hour sky. The lighthouse remains the star, but I found myself completely enthralled by the way purples, golds, and earthy tones of the sunset spilled across the sky and reflected in the water. The chiaroscuro of light and shadow adds depth and intensity, capturing a moment where nature itself feels grand and almost theatrical. This painting is about standing in that dramatic light, feeling the pull of both sky and shore.
