During my three-month stay in Paris, this was my daily rhythm: steaming coffee in a French press, a fresh croissant still warm from the bakery, marmalade catching the soft morning light, and a quiet moment before the city came alive. French Breakfast is my memory of that ritual—both ordinary and extraordinary.

I painted this scene to hold onto the feeling of Paris mornings—the hum of life outside the window, the comfort of a simple meal, and the beauty of starting the day with intention.
