On a sweltering, hazy morning on the New England coast, I set out to paint this peaceful marsh. What really drew me in was the pure blue of the sky and how it shimmered in the reflections on the water below. As I painted, I could hear the calls of seagulls echoing in the distance and feel the salty breeze brushing against my skin. I hope this piece brings that same calm, sun-drenched moment into your home—one filled with stillness, warmth, and light.
