The scent of lemon filled the kitchen. It was the quintessential fragrance of summer. A breeze burst through the open window, casting white cotton drapes aside. It was just a typical day. The sun shone brightly against the earthy red jug. It complemented the atmosphere perfectly. It was the valued antique that sat in the corner of the kitchen all year. It might not have been worth much, but its sentimental value was priceless.
